CONCIERGE

The Elite Estate Care team will oversee responsibilities related to tenant leases, real estate transactions, hiring required tradespeople, and scheduling essential cleaning and maintenance for each unit. 

 

Additionally, they will communicate the total monthly expenses of the units to the Accounting team and provide the necessary receipts and invoices.​

● 24/7 availability to tend to all needs of condo units and its tenants

● Coordinating day-to-day operations with Property Management

● Coordinating and providing access to units

● Managing trades and construction activities

● Allow access to cleaning/maintenance services

ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL MGMT

Elite Estate Care will manage detailed daily bookkeeping activities, meticulously tracking all income and expenses while maintaining account control. The Accounting team will be responsible for reviewing and overseeing all necessary accounting tasks related to daily operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping for properties under management. 

 

Owners will have QuickBooks Online access, enabling them to view live updates of the company's accounting records and access all files and documents associated with each transaction and entry.

RENOVATIONS

Our team will provide project management services related to renovations of units including:

 

● Liaising with owners to define project requirements, scope and objectives

● Monitoring and tracking project progress

● Coordinating with contractors, designers and other team members to keep work flow on track

● Creating and maintaining project documentation including plans and status reports
